Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 3, 2026

1. Service Scope

AxleMile provides Shopify checkout delivery quoting software, storefront delivery estimators, local fleet route planning tools, and done-for-you store configuration for commercial merchants operating in the United States.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of product SKU weights, legal axle and gross vehicle weight ratings (GVWR) of their fleet, and local commercial road restrictions. AxleMile software provides commercial dispatch estimates and does not replace driver compliance with DOT weight, bridge, or hours-of-service regulations.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & 30-Day Refund Policy

Monthly plans ($79/mo Single Yard and $149/mo Fleet & Multi-Truck) are billed recurring monthly via Stripe and may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle by emailing marcus@axlemile.com. New subscribers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from their initial payment date.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by US law, AxleMile's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the merchant to AxleMile in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

5. Contact
